Temple Builder Fitness is a functional fitness training facility in Pampa, Texas. Similar to crossfit; our training facility incorporates a variety of training styles and methodologies. We consider ourselves to be the premier fitness training facility in Pampa, Texas and the surrounding area.
At Temple Builder Fitness it is our desire to help you reach your greatest potential in your health and fitness. We believe that our bodies are the temple of God and we want to help you build your temple to the best one it can be. 1 Cor 6:19-20 tells us, “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.” As Master Trainers and athletes we get our motivation from this verse to achieve all of our spiritual, physical, and personal goals.
It is our goal to provide a safe and challenging workout environment, while providing accountability and education in resistance training, cardio, and nutrition.
At TBF you will not have typical comforts and conveniences that you find at a normal gym. You will not have air conditioning, TV’s, or mirrors. Our goal is to get you out of your comfort zone. You have stayed “comfortable” for too long. Now it’s time to get you into the best shape of your life.

The writer would like to conclude with a personal message to wrestlers and coaches alike. It is taken from a talk given in 1964 to coaches at the National Collegiate Track Clinic and quoted many times by authorities throughout the world, “There is no shortcut to strength development, as there is none for the development of skill, agility or endurance in an athlete. There is no easy pill to take to get you in shape. It is a hard pill to swallow. It takes hard work, dedication, drive, and the occasional blood, sweat, and tears.
We will incorporate a variety of functional movements using equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, tires, sledgehammers, and your own body weight. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat, increase sports performance, or just increase your general health, we will push you past your percieved limits. Are you ready to change your life?
