“When I first started training with Dan I thought I was on the path of eating healthy- six meals – all high protein, little to no carbs, and no fats. Boy was I wrong; little did I know I could eat MORE, DO LESS and STILL see results. Dan put me on a path that helped me achieve my goal of competing in figure again, placing, and also rehabilitating my metabolism that I unknowingly destroyed. One thing I did have to do was let go of any ramifications or fears I had and trust he knew what he was doing. Also, his training, although intense, was fun! I would lift weights and do the minimal amount of cardio- low intensity I would add- and still see incredible results. I have trained with other trainers, but I have never trained with one that I felt confident in what they were guiding me through diet and with training. ASHLEY AFTER 6/11

Ashley is one of our online training clients who has presented the heart and determination to push through her obstacles and through every workout. She has displayed the discipline that it takes to reach her goal. Ashley competed in a show on May 7th and placed 4th in a class of 26 girls!! She will be competing again this weekend. Ashley went from eating around 900 calories a day and doing numerous hours of cardio a week on top of her normal resistance training regimen, 6 to 7 days a week. We slowly increased Ashley’s calories to over 1500 and lowered her cardio to a little after each workout, and finally dropped her workout days to 4 resistance days and 1 additional cardio day. Ashley is proof that if you stick to the program, you will get to your result!!
